Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for products purchased directly from our website, provided that they meet the following conditions:
The product is in its original, unopened packaging.
The product is unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
The return request is made within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team by email or phone to initiate a return request. Provide your order details and reason for return.
Securely package the product in its original packaging and include the right return address on the outside of the package.
Ship the product back to us using a reliable shipping method. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund. Please note the following:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
The refund amount will exclude any discounts, promotional offers, or coupons applied to the original purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will provide assistance and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Please retain your proof of return shipment until the refund has been processed. We aim to process refunds within 7 working Days of receiving the returned product, but please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
