Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 30 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

At Nture, we are confident in the quality of our products and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee under the conditions outlined below. This policy is designed to ensure fair use while maintaining product integrity.
1. Eligibility
- The 30-day guarantee period begins from the confirmed delivery date.
- This guarantee applies strictly to products purchased directly from Nture or authorised retailers.
- The guarantee is limited to one claim per customer, household, and product.
2. Trial Requirement
- Customers must use the product consistently for a minimum of 14 consecutive days before requesting a refund.
- Refund requests made before this period will not be considered unless the product is proven faulty.
3. Conditions for Refund
- Only one opened unit per product is eligible for a refund.
- Any additional units purchased must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to qualify.
- Returned products must include at least 50% of the contents remaining for inspection.
4. Proof & Documentation
- A valid order number and proof of purchase are required.

- Nture reserves the right to decline claims with insufficient evidence.
5. Return Process
- Customers must contact Nture support within the 30-day period to request approval before sending any items back.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of authorisation.
6. Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Nture is not responsible for lost returns.
7. Refund Processing
- Refunds will only be issued once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
8. Non-Refundable Situations
- Products returned with less than 50% of contents remaining.
- Claims made after the 30-day period.
- Products not purchased from authorised sellers.
- Failure to follow the correct return procedure.
- Multiple claims made across different orders for the same product.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.
- Nture will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
10. Policy Misuse
- Nture reserves the right to refuse refunds where misuse, excessive claims, or suspicious activity is identified.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
